Release: Project Operating Model Foundation

Forgeflow 4.3.54 starts the project operating model path. The new local helper turns existing topology, project intelligence, learnings, validation patterns, review outcomes, and user profile signals into a compact advisory model for future planning and review work.

Operating Model Artifact

• build-project-operating-model.js writes project-operating-model.json and Markdown under the project context directory.
• The model summarizes domains, high-care files, risk zones, validation norms, operating preferences, agent guidance, source provenance, and proof boundaries.
• Missing optional artifacts degrade to attention/low confidence instead of blocking the helper.

Review-Auto Preparation

• The model includes explicit review policy hints for future auto-fix sandbox work.
• Auto-fix guidance now has a project-aware source for high-care files, validation expectations, and deny-first boundaries.
• The first slice stays advisory only. It does not change review-auto behavior or mutate installed runtimes.

Runtime And Release Coverage

• The new helper is registered as a managed runtime helper in the install manifest.
• /forgeflow-health fallback inventory includes the new helper so repair guidance can diagnose missing installs.
• Release-check command and wiki checklists now run the focused operating-model test.
