Release: Canonical Codex Agent Parity

Forgeflow 4.3.72 brings the Codex agent fleet and installed workflow runtime back into sync with the canonical Claude execution contracts.

Agent Parity

• All Codex agents now carry the full canonical Forgeflow prompts instead of abbreviated summaries.
• Canonical SHA-256 drift checks cover 28 Codex agents, including the new Atlas and Compass presentation roles.
• A Codex runtime adapter maps host-specific tool terminology without weakening agent gates or output contracts.

Installed Codex Runtime

• The Codex installer now includes runtime helpers, templates, patterns, and agent-chat resources under CODEX_HOME/forgeflow.
• Skills resolve helpers from either a source checkout or the installed Codex runtime and report repair guidance when neither exists.
• Capability reports distinguish Codex-native skills from generic host wrappers and account for canonical aliases.
• Forgeflow review no longer collides with Codex's built-in /review command.
